Six Ford Mavericks, Three Days: A Lane Valente Fleet Buildout with Truck Stuff of Fort Myers

When Lane Valente needed to put six brand-new Ford Mavericks to work, they didn’t have weeks to spare. They needed their fleet lettered, outfitted, and on the road — fast. That’s where This Creative and our partners at Truck Stuff of Fort Myers came in. Together, we turned six compact trucks into a full-blown work fleet in just three days.

Here’s how the project came together.

The Challenge: A Fleet That Had to Hit the Ground Running

The Ford Maverick is a smart pick for a growing fleet. It’s efficient, affordable, and surprisingly capable — but straight off the lot, it isn’t quite ready for jobsite life. Lane Valente needed every truck to show up looking like part of the team and working like a true commercial vehicle from day one.

That meant two things had to happen in parallel: professional branding on the exterior, and a full functional upfit in the bed. And with six trucks waiting, the schedule was tight.

The Collaboration: This Creative + Truck Stuff

Rather than shuffling trucks between shops for days on end, we teamed up with Truck Stuff of Fort Myers to knock the entire build out under one coordinated timeline. Each shop handled what it does best, and the trucks moved through the process in a continuous rhythm.

This Creative handled the branding:

  • Custom-cut vinyl door lettering on both sides of every truck — clean Lane Valente logo, address, and contact info, designed to stay readable at a distance and hold up under Florida sun

Truck Stuff handled the upfit:

The t-slot integration between the BAK Revolver X4ts and the Elevate rack is what makes this combo so strong for fleet work. Crews get a locked, covered bed and full ladder-rack capability without sacrificing either one.

The Execution: Six Trucks in Three Days

Six full buildouts in 72 hours only happens when everyone knows their role. We staged the trucks in a rolling sequence so that as one was finishing at Truck Stuff, the next was already being lettered — no idle bays, no bottlenecks.

On our end, prepping artwork ahead of time and cutting vinyl in batches meant each truck’s door graphics were ready to go the moment it rolled in. Clean prep, precise application, and a quality check on every panel before the truck moved to the next stage.

Why This Matters for Fleet Customers

If you’re a Southwest Florida business running a work fleet — whether it’s two trucks or twenty — this is the model that gets you on the road fastest:

  • One coordinated timeline instead of juggling separate vendors
  • Consistent branding across every vehicle so your crews look like a unified team
  • Upfits built around the work, not one-size-fits-all accessories
  • Durable materials chosen to hold up in Southwest Florida heat, sun, and humidity

A properly lettered and outfitted fleet isn’t just about looks. It’s a rolling billboard, a workplace, and a first impression all at once. Getting it right — and getting it done quickly — pays off every single day those trucks are on the road.
